How do I add a contact not found through contact search?
You can add contacts directly through contacts.google.com. Otherwise, in gmail, open the email from the person you want to add. Hover your mouse over their name or email address in the "From" field. A contact card will appear — click the “Add to Contacts” icon (a little person with a "+" sign).
Is my email data safe with Lace?
Yes, security is a top priority. Lace uses Google’s secure OAuth protocol to connect to your Gmail. We do not store your Gmail credentials. The data we do store (like file previews or the text of comments) is stored securely on our servers with encryption. We also respect your privacy – we only access emails that are needed for the service’s functionality. You can disconnect Lace from your Google account at any time, which revokes our access to your inbox.
